Call for Papers & Posters

Call for Abstracts

You are invited to submit an abstract for either of the following presentation types. Submission deadline 1 November 2009.

(a) Paper - Oral Presentation

(b) Paper - Poster Presentation

If your preferred presentation type is Paper - Oral Presentation, but you would like to be considered for a Poster if your abstract is not accepted as an  Oral Presentation, please select both Oral Presentation and Poster Presentation.

The abstracts sought are not intended for publication in the conference proceedings, but only to determine if the presentation will be accepted for presentation at the conference. We will judge abstracts not only on the scientific content, but on originality, potential impact/importance of the topic, novelty and relevance.  If  you have new information that you wish to publish and broadcast at the IDF Symposium on Fermented Milk  but which is not yet complete, please feel free to submit an abstract indicating the intention of your proposed research, bearing in mind that the extended abstract for publication in the conference proceedings need not be submitted until after November 2009.

We look forward to hearing of any new and exciting directions that your research is uncovering!

The themes at the IDF Symposium on Fermented Milk are:
